We now have a room for home school children! If you are a mother who has a preschooler (age birth through 5) but also have an older home school child we are thrilled to be able to accommodate your family! We do not, however, have a curriculum for the home school room, so we ask that any child come prepared with up to two hours of study work or quiet activities. We will allot for break times within the home school room.

Also, if you are INTERESTED IN BEING A MOPPET WORKER, to provide loving childcare for our children, please contact Jen or Crystal using the links provided! You may also take advantage of our home school room if you should desire working in our program yet have older children.

What: Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) meetings

Where: Open Door Baptist Church

9801 Durant Rd, Raleigh

When: The second and fourth Friday mornings of each month (Sept– May)

Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Cost: One-time registration fee of $35 (part of which connects you with great benefits from MOPS International) followed by semester cost of $5 per meeting.

*September – December $40

*January – May $50

MOPS is a time for moms to grow as women and learn to be better mothers, wives, and Christian women.

MOPS understands that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

MOPS provides a haven for soothing frazzled nerves and forming lifelong friendships.

Wondering Where Your Kids Will Be?

During all MOPS meetings, your children are being cared for in a pre-school like setting known as MOPPETS. Your children are divided into age appropriate classes and will enjoy stories, games, crafts, a Bible lesson, free play, and other activities.

MOPPETS could not work without the hard work and dedication of our MOPPETS workers. They provide love and encouragement to our little ones. At MOPS meetings, mothers aren't the only ones having fun!
